We have recently completed Phase II of Richmond Road flat.
Having successfully completing Phase I we were invited by The Institute of Charity South Wales Rosminian to carry out the refurbishment works for Phase II
We started work on the 2nd phase of Richmond Road. As you can see from the photos we have turned a derelict building into high end flats which have subsequently all been let in record time..
A brief history of the area:
Richmond Road has one of Cardiff`s most famous and prestigious buildings, The Mansion House. Habershon & Fawckner designed the Mansion House and it was built in 1896 for James Howell, owner of another iconic Cardiff landmark – Howells department store. It was then known then as ‘The Grove’.
The Mansion house is now the official residence of the Lord Mayor of Cardiff.
The properties in Richmond Road are varied, with many of the original and imposing large family houses becoming available for conversion or refurbishment.
